Everything you need to know before your first visit. Still unsure? Send us a message.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No, you can book directly. The exception is if you plan to claim on insurance: insurers often require a doctor's referral, so please check your policy before your first visit.
Can I claim on insurance?
Yes. We don't bill insurance companies directly, but we'll issue you an invoice receipt after each session that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
What happens in the first session?
We start with an assessment of your presenting condition. We'll ask about your condition, history and lifestyle, and assess you physically. Once we understand the factors involved, we'll provide physiotherapy advice, treatment and an exercise programme tailored to you.
How much does a session cost?
Rates are available on request, as they depend on the type of appointment. Send us a message, call or WhatsApp us and we'll let you know.
Is it safe to see a physiotherapist while pregnant?
Yes. Prenatal sessions are adapted to your stage of pregnancy, and we continue to support you through postnatal recovery.
How is Clinical Pilates different from a regular class?
It's 1:1 with a physiotherapist trained in rehab Pilates and based on your assessment, so exercises are chosen for your body, your condition and your goals.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move in easily. For Pilates, grip socks are recommended.
Still have a question?
We usually reply within one working day.
